Book: The Secret Revelations
Chapter Eight
Beware of Muslims
Written by Naveed Yar Khan
Generally, people living in Muslim countries pride in calling themselves Muslims, which results in creating confusion in the minds of those non-Muslims and pious ones who judge them by their actions. Actually, Muslim is not a name but an attribute of character. Turkish word musulmān, an alteration of Arabic word Muslim means an obedient or submitting one who totally surrenders his will to God of Jesus, Moses and Mohammad and Abraham.
Al-Quran, Sura Âl-'Imrân, ayat 52: But when Isa (Jesus) perceived unbelief on their part, he said: Who will be my helpers in Allah's way? The disciples said: We are helpers (in the way) of Allah. We believe in Allah and bear witness that we are obedient ones [Muslims] (The Quran has used the Arabic Muslims for the followers of Jesus. This clearly means that whoever believes in God and his prophet and obeys them is an obedient one, or a Muslim in Arabic.

Who doesn’t obey God and his prophets could fool himself and others by calling himself a Muslim but actually, his character is that of a Non-Muslim or disobedient one.
Sura Âl-'Imrân:
Say (O Muhammad SAW say to mankind): "If you (really) love Allâh then follow me (i.e. accept Monotheism, follow the Qur'ân and the Sunnah), Allâh will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."{31}. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Obey Allâh and the Messenger.” But if they turn away, then Allâh does not like the disbelievers (see for yourself at the following links that the Quran uses the word Kafireen here for such people){32}.

Al-Qur'an, 005.041 (Al-Maeda [The Table, The Table Spread])
005.041 O Messenger! let not those grieve you, who race each other into unbelief: (whether it be) among those who say "We believe" (or who say we are Muslims) with their lips but whose hearts have no faith; or it be among the Jewish nation who listen to lies, and listen to other nations who have never come to You. They pervert the words in their places: they say, "If you are given this, take it, but if not, beware!" If any one's trial is intended by Allah, thou has no authority in the least for him against Allah. For such - it is not Allah's Will to purify their hearts. For them there is disgrace in this world, and in the Hereafter a heavy punishment.
Belief in God is a very subjective act, which only a person knows in his heart and mind, but obedience to God and his prophets is a behavioral act of a person observable by others in society. A person can’t be called a Muslim unless he believes and acts in the manner prescribed by God and his prophets; that is to believe in one God and to live one’s life according to the dictates of God and his prophets.
A sort of confusion has roused in the minds of simple Muslims with the sole emphasis of demagogue preachers on daily the prayers, pilgrimage to Kaba, and on fasting in the month of Ramadan, that they have come to believe that a Hajji (one who performs Hajj) or a Namazi (one who offers daily prayers) is only the real Muslim.
There is no doubt that these forms of worship have an extraordinary emphasis in the dictates of God and his prophets, but their relative value in terms of beneficence are of little importance unless we come to understand them as means of social and spiritual development.
A Muslim (obedient) society cannot prosper and can’t provide peaceful and congenial atmosphere to its inhabitants unless people are taught and made to follow, much ignored the other 99th part of Quran and Sunnah - the dictates that outline social and economic behavior of an obedient to God and society. And unless there is peace in a society, and the minds of people are free from social and financial problems, they can’t even worship and concentrate properly in Hajj and Namaz.
Economy of a country is its backbone and financial slavery leads to devastation of social and religious norms. Financially dependent Muslim nations of the world have not only been borrowing economic loans from prosperous nations, but their youth have also been borrowing social norms, because the characteristic quality of obedience to God in economic and social matters has become non-existent in the Muslim countries.
Economic progress depends on attribute of honesty, which in turn depends on many other dependent issues of obedience to God in the whole life.
In the abidance of principles of social, economic, moral, academic, judicial, administrative, political systems lies the salvation of humanity and by distancing ourselves from them, we have brought about our own destruction.
Unfortunately, die-hard but spiritually empty supporters of Islam wrongly think that they have done their duty towards God once they have offered Salat, done Hajj and fasted the whole month of Ramadan. However, little do they know that Islam is the name of code of conduct for the whole life, and there is such enormity in this true faith that it discusses from the life of an ant to the life of gigantic spheres of the cosmic. It invites us to study them all and take benefit out of them. At one point Quran even calls the cosmic bodies Muslim for they are busy in obeying God day and night without break, giving us a lesson that we too have to carry out the orders of God day and night in order to deserve the right to be called Muslims. While Muslims have plunged into the darkness of ignorance and disobedience, the signs of end of times revealed by Prophet Mohammed 1400 years ago are coming true. If you can read between lines, his words unmask the true face of most of the present day Muslims:
1. There will come a time upon Muslim nation when people will recite Quran but it will not go further their throats (into their hearts) – Bukhari.
2. There will come a time when mosques will be full of people but they will be empty of right guidance.
3. There will come a time for my people when there will remain nothing of the Kur’an except its outward form and nothing of Islam except its name and they will call themselves by this name even though they are people furthest from it.
4. The end of time is when the verses of Quran will be ignored, false rules will be brought in God’s name, there will be sectarianism in religion, fate will be denied, worship will be carried out purely for show, and religion will be used as a means to private ends – ibn Babuya, Thawab-ul-A’mal
After the Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W) a number of great scholars have given further accounts of the subject. One of such scholar is Qalander Babe Auliya R.A., who describes the potent of end of times in these words:
“Because of spiritual emptiness the present generations are much more desperate and frustrated then those of the past, and future generations will be forced to be even more abjectly worse than them. Consequentially, at some point in future human race will have to return to the common and central spot of Monotheism for solidarity, but then it will be their last resort.”
All of accounts of the scholars reveal that the end of times will contain a number of consecutive events. In the first stage of the end times the world will become degenerate because of the number of philosophical systems that deny God directly or in indirect ways. Mankind will move away from the purpose behind its creation leading to a terrible spiritual emptiness and as result of that to a moral collapse. In the wake of great disasters, wars and sufferings, mankind will need to answer just one question – where does salvation lie?
The time has come to seriously contemplate and answer this!
